Welcome to Human Resources Self Service (HRSS)

HRSS is now available to all SIU Carbondale employees. HRSS will allow employees to:

  • View and print your Statement of Earnings (pay slips)
  • View and print your Annual W2 forms
  • All this information is available through a secure website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

In addition to reviewing, retrieving and printing your statement of earnings (pay slip) and W-2 form, employees can now update personal information such as: address, phone numbers and contact information.

Login to HRSS

To access the HRSS go to hrss.siu.edu.

Getting Started

In order to access HRSS, you must first claim your Network ID (SIU85xxxxxxx) and create your @siu.edu email address. During your initial log in, you will create a password. If you have not yet claimed your Network ID or setup your email please Set up your Network ID.
