New Form I-9 Released

• Employers should begin using the new Form I-9 with revision date 03/08/13 immediately for all new hires.   Click here for the revised form.
• The new Form I-9 is now two pages, has expanded instructions, and new fields for e-mail address, phone number and foreign passport in Section 1.
• HANDBOOK FOR EMPLOYERS, GUIDANCE FOR COMPLETING THE FORM I-9.  Link to the Handbook for guidance in completing the Form I-9
