Who is eligible?
All current employees with University ID's are encouraged to take advantage of the SIUC Discount Program. The benefits of this program include a wide range of discounts.

When can I use the discounts?
Travel-related discounts are generally not restricted to university business. Most often, the discounts can be used for vacations and family outings.

How do I begin using the discounts?
The SIUC Discount Program is very easy to use. In most cases, it is simply a matter of presenting your valid SIUC employee ID card and the appropriate corporate identification number. However, there are a few exceptions. Listed below are the necessary procedures for using the discount rates at participating hotels, motels, and automobile rental facilities.

Are there limitations any and/or restrictions on the lodging discounts?
The SIUC Discount Program is not a guaranteed discount. Rates may vary among hotel locations.  Individual hotels reserve the right to limit availability and/or refuse discounts at any time.   Blackout dates may apply.  Hotels that are not corporately owned may choose to refuse any corporate discounts.  It is always best to call ahead for reservations with a corporate discount.
